After watching a close friend in the previous show I made a decision to give it a try, It was a means for setting myself a goal to get back fit. The team were all outstanding and there was a positive attitude in both training and on the fight night. I would encourage this journey to anyone looking for a challenge.
I would recommend this to anyone that wants a different challenge to every day life, this was by far my biggest struggle but with great support within my training programme I made friends for life and I learnt things about me I never knew previously.
